Your Account and Keys

App and Access

Use the options shown by your app. They can differ by version, region and account access.

How Do I Set up the DEEPAL App?

Use the DEEPAL App Guide for downloads, sign-in and illustrated app controls. Match your account details to your purchase or dealer record, and follow the owner or shared-recipient route that applies to you.

How Do I Sign into the Car?

After binding, open Account on the car, then select Log In and scan the QR code with the app, as described in the manual. Check the displayed account after completing the prompts; shared-recipient eligibility for this flow was not tested.

How Do I Share Access to My E07?

Use the intended vehicle’s Share page in the owner account and review the recipient, period and permissions actually offered. The guide separates owner setup from the reviewed recipient view; seeing a shared vehicle does not establish starting rights.

Which App Mode Do I Need to Use My Phone as a Key?

Use Bluetooth car-control mode when you are beside the vehicle. The phone key must be configured, authorised and connected, with phone Bluetooth and the required permissions enabled. Internet remote unlocking and signing into the car do not establish starting access. Keep your smart key available while checking the phone key.

Can I Ask DEEPAL to Open the Boot from a Distance?

Limited — an owner reports that speaking to DEEPAL from outside the car does not work reliably from a distance and requires standing beside the vehicle. The usable distance and conditions need further confirmation; this is an owner report, not a verified operating range.

Keep clear of moving panels and check the actual result. If the voice request does not work, use the normal vehicle control or the app’s Boot control if your account offers it.

Does Remote Unlocking Let Me Start the Car?

Remote unlocking alone cannot start the vehicle. Starting with a phone requires an authorised, connected Bluetooth phone key and its required permissions; account login is a separate step.

At Home and Away

Charging and Trips

Check the vehicle, charger and app together before relying on a setting or planned stop.

Where Are the App’s Battery and Charge-Limit Controls?

Select your E07 and open the Battery card. The reviewed app shows battery state, EV Range, Charge Limit and Scheduled Charging; visibility alone does not establish permission to change them or when a value last refreshed.

How Do I Set up Scheduled Charging?

The app’s Battery page and the car’s Energy Centre use separate interfaces. Follow the controls actually displayed: the app’s expanded schedule editor was not reviewed, and a wallbox may also have its own schedule.

What Should I Check If Charging Does Not Start?

Compare the vehicle and charger’s displayed state. Check whether the target has been reached or a schedule is waiting, then use the equipment instructions and the guide’s charging checklist.

How Do I Choose Charging Stops for a Trip?

Check charger compatibility, access and recent reports, and plan an alternative stop. A connector or a listing in an operator’s app does not by itself confirm that a charging session will work.

Where Is the E07 Odometer?

In the Car

  1. While parked, open Application List and select Energy Centre.
  2. Open Energy Consumption.
  3. Read the Total Trip row in the Traveling Mileage column.

An Australian owner reported on 12 October 2026 that Total Trip increases while driving and cannot be reset.

In the DEEPAL App

  1. Open My Car and tap the car illustration.
  2. On Vehicle Status, read Total Mileage Travelled.

The 372 km figure on My Car is remaining range.

Where Can I Check What the Warranty Covers?

Quick Facts explains the documented cover, conditions and differences between sources. Ask an authorised DEEPAL centre to assess a specific claim.

Where Can I Find Servicing Information?

Quick Facts brings the reviewed service information and booking references together. Confirm the applicable requirements and pricing with your service centre.

How Do I Check Child-Restraint Recall Coverage?

Use the recall guide to check the verified centre-seat notice and VIN route. Reported left/right rear-seat concerns are separate and remain unverified. Ask an authorised DEEPAL dealer to confirm your vehicle’s current campaign status and restraint instructions.

Where Can I Read about Known Issues and Fixes?

Issues And Fixes records documented owner reports, workarounds and useful operating notes. Read each entry’s status and evidence: a reported fix does not guarantee the same result for every vehicle.

I’m New to the E07. Where Should I Start?
