Read and Report E07 Charger Results

Check a charger’s owner reports before travelling, then add your own result so the next E07 driver has better information.

Tool and Map Checked · 9 October 2026

Open the Map or Make a Report

The community tool combines an E07-specific map with a report workflow. You can read results, select a station and add a new visit against an existing location.

Read a Charger’s Result

  1. Find the Exact Site

Open the map and tap a pin. On the larger map, expand E07 Charger Log – Responses to browse entries by verdict. Match the address and network; similar names can describe different equipment.

  2. Read beyond the Colour

Check Reports, Last Visit Date, Charge Result, Charging Speed, bays and comments. One owner report is useful context, not a guarantee for your arrival.

  3. Compare the Outcome

A failed start, a payment problem and a successful lower-power session are different experiences. The headline charger rating is not the speed every vehicle will receive.

  4. Check Again before Leaving

Use the operator’s current site status and recent owner reports, then choose a reachable backup. If your visit differs from the old entry, add the new result.

Choose · Green

The map currently rates the site favourably from submitted E07 reports.

Caution · Amber

Read the reason. The snapshot includes successful sessions marked Caution for lower speed as well as failed-start reports.

Avoid · Red

The map currently flags the site negatively. Check the date and whether the concern is compatibility, broken equipment or another issue.

Grey / Not Enough Data: an unrated entry is not evidence of either success or failure. The original seed list was a starting point, not a list of confirmed faulty chargers.

Report Your Charging Session

  1. Select the Location

Open Report A Charge. If you are at the charger, the tool offers Share my location; use it only if you want to share that location. Otherwise search the station name or address. Check or move the location pin when the tool offers it, and confirm you have selected the charging site.

  2. Check the Prefilled Details and Date

The station selector fills the station, suburb, postcode and state. Check them before continuing. The form can default to today: change Date of visit if you are reporting an earlier session.

  3. Record Equipment and Speed

Select the network and connector, then enter advertised and actual charging speed. Use Not sure where offered rather than guessing. Explain differences between bays in the optional field.

  4. Choose What Actually Happened

Select Yes — no issues, Throttled or dropped out, Failed to initiate, Payment or app issue only, or Other. Add total bays, bays working and the required reliability rating.

  5. Add a Useful Note and Submit

Include the bay, error message, retries, approximate battery level and any operator response you observed. Amenities and your name or handle are optional. Review the report, submit it and check for the form’s confirmation.

The form says no login is required. The station location and notes are intended to inform the community map; a home address or personal contact details are unnecessary.

Add a New Result at an Existing Site

On the location selector, use Update an existing report, search for the station and select the matching entry. The tool describes this as adding a new report against that site so visits stay grouped together; it does not say that your new report overwrites the earlier visit.

Report a successful return visit as well as a failure. Use the actual visit date and describe what changed, such as a repaired bay or a session that now starts. Avoid creating a second station entry when the correct site is already present.

Avoid Snapshot — Checked 9 October 2026

Snapshot Checked 9 October 2026: these 11 entries were under Avoid in the live community map. Their visits range from February to September 2026, so this is a dated map-rating snapshot, not a claim that all equipment is down today. All 11 map entries show one report; imported comments can describe several visits, and imported entries may overlap address-based entries.

Use the live map for later reports. A station working for another vehicle does not by itself establish E07 compatibility, and an owner’s diagnosis in comments is not a confirmed repair finding.

Caution Snapshot — Checked 9 October 2026

The live map had 15 Caution entries when checked. Some describe connection trouble, while many describe completed sessions below the station’s advertised rating. A 22 kW AC post supplying 7 kW can reflect the vehicle’s charging limit rather than faulty equipment; read the outcome instead of treating every Caution entry as a failed charger.

Source and Snapshot Notes

The map, station details and reporting screens were read directly on 9 October 2026. Table dates are the map’s Last Visit Date, not the date of this guide. Network labels, speed entries and visit outcomes are owner-supplied; the tables summarise them without diagnosing a universal cause.
